  • Is Roxo Translations a member of the ATA?
    We are members of the American Translators Association (ATA). Our membership number is 273295 and you can view our list of ATA directories on the ATA website.
  • What languages do we translate?
    Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian.
  • How can I send my documents to quote the value of the service?
    You can send them via email, you can share your files and folders with us or send them via WhatsApp.
  • How do I receive my sworn translation? Can be for e-mail?
    Yes, as we currently do translations with a digital signature, which allows delivery by email.
  • Can I send a file already translated and request revision?
    Yes. The file will be analyzed and you will receive a quote prepared by one of our Business Consultants.
  • How can I pay for the service?
    In the US, you can pay with a credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, or the Cash app. In Brazil, you can pay via Pix, or credit card in up to 12 installments (card operator interest)
  • What is the delivery time for my service?
    We have two options: - Standard - 2 days to 5 business days; - Express - up to 48 hours - extra charge.
  • What is certified translation?
    A certified translation is done by a professional translator, which includes a Roxo Translations letterhead, signed and stamped certificate of translation accuracy for official use purposes required by US Immigration, as well as universities, courts and many other governments related local and state.
  • Who will translate my documents?
    A professional translator will translate your documents and a senior translator will proofread your documents. We have a rigorous hiring process and only work with qualified and experienced translators.
  • Do you offer a notary service for my documents?
    Yes, free of charge, your translated documents will include a notarized Certificate of Translation that states that the translation was performed by a qualified translator and that, in our best judgment, the translated document is an accurate translation of the original documents.
  • Do you offer currency conversion?
    We offer currency conversion on a case-by-case basis and can provide you with a quote for the service. We will note it on the Translation Accuracy Certificate.
  • Where is Roxo Translations located?
    Our company is located at 7450 Dr Phillips Blvd, Ste 303 - Orlando - Florida - 32819. We only provide online translation services through this website and do not offer services at our physical locations.
  • Posso receber minha tradução no meu endereço?
    Sim. Custo para envio nos EUA sera $20 e custo para envio internacional sera $45.00!
